If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, then you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We do ask, however, that you contact us before returning any item. Returns must be sent back with any original boxes, packing and certificates. Refunds are less any original postage costs incurred by Mother Hubbard. We do reserve the right not to refund the full cost where items are returned damaged or missing.
